The List, More People Turning to the Internet for Income

Everyone wants to know the Magic Key to eBiz success, working at home and how you can earn a living from the Internet.
Of course we do! Not very many people want to work for someone else knowing at any time they can be 'let go' transferred, or fired. Sadly also is the fact that companies, especially the smaller ones want to get more from their employer dollar and get more work for less money. This in turn places students, and those with lower overhead (cost of living) with more energy (usually the younger set) in direct competition with the older worker.
Then there is the retirement issue. The choice is crystal clear, prepare to pay an older, possibly less healthy with some medical problems, employee a full retirement and benefits which they actually do use, or replace them with a younger, more energetic worker.
So the older worker is nudged sometimes not so gently into early retirement or laid off. By employer design a situation was created which would seem impossible to the older worker and he or she would more often than not toss up his or her hands in frustration, and give up.
Given the job description was created by the employer it can often be difficult to make a case of it because this said job description had been designed with the new, younger job applicant who is raring to prove themselves competent.
Rarely do any of these workers have a leg to stand on in court because facts are, they were not capable of doing the job as thoroughly as the younger worker.
The employee really does have rights but ultimately if the company does not want you working for them they can find a way to...remove you from the payroll.

It is sad, frustrating and truthfully this happens all of the time. Seems as though wisdom is not given the credit it ought to be but in real life it is production, attention to detail and time managment that prevail.

Personally, for me in 1998 I suffered from my hands seizing up being restricted by my own cartelage. Carpul tunnel, or repetetive action for 23+ years. Both my hands were swelling up at night and tingling. I awoke so still I could barely move the fingers.
Found out they had a surgery that could release the constricting band around the wrist so the nerves could function again.
This surgery was incredible and worked great for both hands. However the Dr. checked the box saying I should not return to the commercial electrical field and after that my career as a commercial electrician was over.
Tried to return to it a few times but it was not meant to be. My knees were shot the left, after 3 surgeries including an ACL reconstruction I decided to work on the Internet.

What does all of this have to do with Internet Business? I will tell you, the Big Secret...the one main thing you need to know in eBusiness is how to get yourself people to visit your website(s) and to make a list of interested co-workers or associates,...friends who you can exchange emails with and over time build a relationship with.
The more people the better. But beware, lots of the contacts you might think are there because of interest are Go-bots. Yep! Automatic spam machines that write to you, put you on their list and worse yet sell your email addresses to many other just like them.
So, do not buy leads. You need your own leads of those whom are actually real people interested in your projects. Do not use email collection tools from the internet, these will get your ISP shut down because essentially, you are sending unsolicited email when you use these tools.
